About the event
Many cultures around the world have rituals connected to calling in protective forces into your home. We will mark the arrival of sping by creating a special broom charm infused with good wishes, prayers, and positive energy.
Workshop flow:
- Meet and greet:
Hello and introductions. Sharing about Nature Therapy, importance of rituals, and broom myths.
Nature Therapy experience:
Connect to nature through your senses. Be guided on a sensory meditation journey and a slow wander through the spring forest.
- Crafty time:
Forage for some natural materials to decorate your broom with. Add magical ingredients to your broom charm. Most materials will be provided.
Tea ceremony:
Enjoy herbal tea and snacks. Be guided in mindful eating and mindful tea drinking.
